Simply Soirée (the "App") is provided by SimplyStaySee LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built Simply Soirée to help you plan parties and events, and we only collect what we need to do that.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. We use passwordless sign-in — we email you a one-time code — so we do not collect or store a password.
Information you enter to build a plan. To generate your checklist and timeline, you provide details such as your project or trip type, a location or ZIP code, destination, dates, budget, and any tasks, notes, or items you add. If you purchase a plan, this content is saved to your account so you can return to it and sync it across devices.
Location you provide. The ZIP code or destination you type is used to suggest relevant nearby resources (for example, local services near your location).
Purchase information. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, through our payments provider RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your subscription status, but we do not collect or store your full payment card number.
Basic technical data. Standard information needed to operate and secure the App, such as basic request and error logs.
How we use your information
To generate and personalize your plan, checklist, and tips.
To save your plans and sync them across your devices when you have an account.
To suggest local resources relevant to the location you provide.
To process your purchases and maintain your subscription status.
To provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the App secure.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, and only as needed to provide it:
Supabase — secure authentication and database hosting for your account and saved plans.
Anthropic (Claude AI) — receives the details you enter for a plan in order to generate your personalized checklist. It is not used to identify you.
Google — Maps/Places services to suggest location-based resources, and Google Play for billing on Android.
Apple — App Store billing on iOS.
RevenueCat — manages your purchase and subscription status across platforms.
Railway — application hosting.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.
Data retention and how to delete your data
Your saved plans are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
You can delete an individual plan at any time inside the App (open My Plans and delete it).
To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at simplystayseellc@gmail.com from your account email address, and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a trusted authentication provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children's privacy
Simply Soirée is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at simplystayseellc@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those rights where they apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and significant changes may also be noted in the App.
